The teaching is great, the band is good, the choir is awesome, and the students are okay for the most part.The dress code can be a bit biased sometimes, and the only thing people care about is band and football. There's a lot of bullying and drama. But, for the most part, the school is good.

This is a very good school. I have learned so much here and I feel welcome here as a student. I do really enjoy the clubs we have here as well. The band here is also outstanding and I am very exited about our next season coming up. I do encourage many students even around the world to come to this school. Many teachers and our Principal Mr. Habeeb, are very respectful to us students and other staff members in this school. The football team is great as well. I really love Salem High School! Go Spartans! >w

At first I was really excited about high school. Last year, I was a freshman.. I have to say, my years at this school have only gotten worse. The bullying policy doesn't really handle anything, the teachers are biased when it comes to the dress code, and many of the faculty make you feel belittled. I've made some of my best friends here so far though... I just wish that the people could.. well... act right I guess to say the least. There are so many things that need to be addressed about the attitude of many people... but the education is fantastic. Ingerson and halterman are my favorites, best teachers ever!
