This was a last-minute reservation, after my reservation at another hotel fell through. The staff was able to accommodate me and treated me exceptionally well during my stay. They were so helpful and polite. The hotel was very clean and I felt safe staying there during the pandemic.
One of the best nights stays I've had in such a long time. The bed was phenomenal and they even had a packaged meal for me in the morning. Check in was easy and checkout as well.
Soaring ceiling in the lobby with private wooded area surrounding the brick paver rear courtyard. Rob, one of the night front desk clerks, is super helpful and makes the hotel feel like home.nnWarm, gourmet cookies, offered to me from Rob, enjoyed in front of the fireplace in the lobby made my week-long stay in Roanoke memorable.nnThe lounge area with upholstered rocking chairs in the landing area on the second floor is a luxurious touch as well. The rooms were modern and the hotel appears well-maintained and feels new.
Decided to have an overnight adventure from Charlotte Jan 23, 2021 and ended up in the Roanoke area. This was a wonderful find for the night. The hotel was clean and the room was great! Especially for the price! Was not expecting to get a king suite for that cheap! This will def be a stop if I'm back in the area!
Good location. First time in area. Reported issue to staff and was treated horribly by Bob Smith (GM) when requesting a resolution to the issue. I am a Diamond member and did not receive any courtesy or respect, had to report to Hilton Honors for escalation. As a result, never received apology or resolution from Bob. I would not recommend for that reason.
