Horrible. Two months earlier I was told they would not charge late fees because of covid. When I went to pay, they charged almost $20 because they said they removed that contingency. Something needs to change there. My charge was for vehicle registration during covid when no dmvs were taking appointments. I called the State police and they said I shouldn't have been ticketed by the police for it but the judge still found me guilty.

During the covid pandemic and when all dmv offices were closed, the Judge found me guilty for not having my vehicle registered even though I had copies of the bill of sale, insurance, and title for the officer when he pulled me over. I explained the originals were sent to Richmond since all the dmv offices were closed. Car was registered and then sold before my court case and the judge still found me guilty and charged me the full fine. I live 10 hours away so I mailed the information in. Called to ask why I was found guilty and they said I couldn't ask the judge why and that I'd need to go to appeals court.

The 3 officers at check in were very helpful. The clerks were very rude, especially the blonde in glasses that seemed to be in charge.
