I got some glasses out of state the broke. Took them to local vision center had to prove I got them at another vision center. There computer system isn't connected to other stores. They called couldn't get answer said they'd call next day came to get information. Came back to pick them up. They said no answer been calling all morning I called first ring they picked up. I had to tell them to fax a copy of my bill to this store. What it boiled down too I had to do all the calling to get them fixed. I've been getting glasses at vision centers for years don't think I'll go there again. Why computers arent connect is beyond me

We have not seen the eye doctor but had a wonderful experience with the staff in the store. We had had some mixup at the former doctor and the well experienced staff here helped us straighten it out, get the prescription right and get our glasses ordered. And in follow up to have glasses tightened we have had no trouble with them helping us.

Went in today to get information about a prescription I had done a year ago. All I needed was the old measurements so that when I went to another optometrist that took my insurance I had my old information. The older lady receptionist first questioned my integrity about the matter, siting that what I was doing was “illegal”, she then proceeded to withhold the information, which is ACTUALLY ILLEGAL, and when she told me that I’d have to wait for the doctor to come back I told her “good, I can’t wait to tell him about the way you treated me” she scrambled to write down the perscription with a big fat “EXPIRED” on it. Totally unprofessional, it was also not my first encounter from her acting this way, and when I told her that she had been rude in the past towards me she said “well I’ve never ever seen you in here before”, which exemplifies her customer service in general. WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN AND IT IS COMPLETELY BECAUSE OF HER. She should not be working there, other people have agreed with me about her attitude and treatment of customers.

Older lady at the desk was rude and irritated, seemingly bothered by my need for assistance with my glasses, speaking to me demeaningly as if I did not know what kind of glasses I owned and was trying to get fixed. Walked away with glasses which fit me worse than before I went in.
