Warm and welcoming check in and out, the room (419) was nice and spacious... I'd of given it five stars, however the corners of the shower and the shower door rail could use some attention to detail, there's was some muck build up and that needs to be cleaned and the room had a slight musty odor to it when I opened the door, also it looked as though the carpeting could use a pass over with a steam cleaner...other then that the bed was comfortable and clean along with the rest of the bathroom. I would stay here again.
Very nice and clean hotel. It’s Hilton. The room is super clean, comfortable. The only problem with my room is the water take soooo long to warm. Such a waste of precious resources. Would love to be back soon. Oh...very good limited hot breakfast.
My room didn't exactly look spotless when I arrived, dirt in bathroom and the floor was sticky. Comfy beds though and staff was friendly. Easy to find off Rt 81.
A nice little hotel, they are doing the best they can with breakfast seeing how everything is going with the covid it's pretty good. One of the elevators is down so we've had to use the stairs a lot. Not super easy on my joints but other than that the stay has been great!
I stay in hotels all the time. I was simply blown away by the attention to detail by the front desk at check-in by Cora. There was a small issue at check-in and I was impressed with the professionalism of the manager Karen. I can tell the staff truly cares about me on a personal level and I'll definitely be staying at this hotel from now on anytime I'm in the Roanome area
