If you are looking to buy a camper/RV, go see these guys! It was such a great experience working with them at American Family RV. Their love and knowledge of camping and RVs really shows and was such a help in choosing our new camper. Tim was wonderful to work with. He went above and beyond and even helped answer our questions through the weekend on his day off. Eli was great, as well, and made sure we were happy with our purchase. Both took many calls from us and were happy to help us. Chuck was very knowledgeable when it came to showing us all the specs and features on our new camper. We were so happy to give them our business and become part of the Family!

We had a great experience when purchasing a used travel trailer. My wife and I are new to RVing and they were great answering questions and walking us through the new unit. The service side was fantastic as well when detailing our unit and installing our new hitch that we purchased from them.

My wife and I had an absolutely fantastic experience buying a travel trailer here. We worked with Jimmy Sturgill and I can't imagine a better sales associate. Kind, never pushy, and considerate of our needs with 3 kids under 6 yrs old. I did a ton of research for several months and asked a lot of questions about my tow vehicle, wiring diagrams, warranties, etc. and Jimmy was quick to respond and thorough. Additionally, they had hands down the best price I could find in VA. Trust me, I looked everywhere, and they also weren't nickel and diming me on everything like some of the other dealers I visited while researching. - We've not had any issues with our trailer yet but if we do I'll update the review if AF has to be involved in any way. Warranty fulfillment is a big deal to me but I've no reason to believe American Family won't be as helpful as they've been since before and after our purchase with them. Happy New Year all.

Wonderful customer service!! Ask for Kenny, but the entire staff went above and beyond for us. From sales to financing!! Way more then I can say for their competition across the way at Gander!! Do yourself a favor and visit these guys first!!!

A huge shout out to Max and theservice department for handling our warranty replacement work while we are in the area visiting. We are living full-time in our Grand Design Solitude and had to have our oven replaced under warranty. The issue was identified back before we left Colorado on our adventure, but due to timing and parts availability, we were unable to have them complete the service work. We arranged to have the work done here while we were in the area visiting our family. While we still had some challenges with parts availability, Max worked closely with us and was able to get us in and out the same day once the oven arrived. In an industry where service is important and often lacking in dealerships, American Family RV was an amazing find for us!
