I used to live in Roanoke and used this station for all my transit needs, for more than 3 years, it was fine.nRegardless of any/all negative reviews, I still consider CC to be a good and effective bus station, and Valley Metro is quite awesome!
Always late bus service to many stops on bus 91@92 when commuting the melrose route an alot of missed buses as the staff allows buses to leave before all are in the depot causing way too many people to have to wait an hour before they can reach their destination bus
Regardless of any faults they may have, the main focus, point a to point b, is, within limits, always met. Once you've worked out any kinks and have a routine down, you hardly ever have an issue.
I was agnostic, but after using this service for years, I now believe there is a vengeful and cruel God.
