I live in Boxley Hills. I moved here Dec 2014. Our first winter we had a lot of snow and little VDOT or AEP presence. We would call over and over but to no avail. I finally spoke to the supervisor last year, he promised he would do better for our area. He said if they didn't get enough calls it wasn't a real problem. Apparently my neighbors stopped calling years ago! Said it never did any good. The supervisor now did not let me down. Our roads were plowed this year. We have a lot of elderly folks here and folks that have to work. I know I speak for them when I say THANKS!!
