Busy spot to park and hike. I would say get there early like maybe before 9AM on a weekend because it was super crowded and busy on Saturday morning. I was lucky to find a parking spot on the grass. Easy hike though overall. It has a steep portion but any fitness level can handle this hike. The Mountain View’s are breathtaking. They have one picnic table and this lookout point at the very top of the mountain. Great hike for families or anyone wanting like less than an hour and a half hike. I would come again but I would do a more moderate level hike in addition to this location.

Easy hike that was well worth it. We saw plenty of families at the top so I would say it is accessible to all ages. Will definitely return!

Paved parking on Skyline Drive. This is the shortcut to Hawksbill summit but is still an uphill climb. It's a 2.2 mile round trip hike to the summit and some wonderful views. Pictures don't do it justice.
