I have been coming here to do nails and waxing for several years. Miss Susan is a sweet and funny woman, and I learn more about her every time I visit. She works very hard and is accommodating if you have any issues with her work. Making appointments is easy and her schedule is quite flexible.

She was the only one working. If you are in a rush, don’t go. This is probably a staffing issue. Be considerate. My nails turned out very pretty. I showed a picture of what I wanted and the result is very similar. I am very pleased. Will be going back.
The owner is rude. I went to get serviced I actually loved my nails but she charged her own tip to my card AFTER I tipped her in cash. I thought this was an oversight so I went back to correct it. She told me I must’ve forgotten I added a tip. I asked to see the receipt to show where I wrote in a tip to be applied to my card which she couldn’t because I never did. Then she gave me $5 out of the register and said “you don’t tip anyway”. I ALWAYS tip. She just mad bc she got caught. Who knows how many others she’s done that to?
I am a little disappointed. I guess you really do get what you pay for but the paint is chipping/scratched up and I got them done YESTERDAY. Also, they did not seem like they really knew what they were doing. I’ve been to multiple nail places at tech and this one is by far the worst. don’t go here/waste your money!
