Got undercooked traditional wings, person at drive through was very rude. Had to wait for fresh wings which was fine, but it turned into half an hour when I was told it would be about 10 min.

staff isn’t ever really that friendly and you barely ever get silverware. I come from roanoke just to get zaxbys pretty often and it’s usually a decent experience but I have to eat my boneless wings with my fingers.
