Moe's has very good food. The prices are a little high but I'm willing to make the splurge once in a while.

Moe's is great, don't get me wrong, but y'all need to go back to the old system. The integration to have a single stream system where the in-person customers is treated no differently than online orders means you end up waiting while seeing employees make other people's food (who aren't even here btw, some grubhub person zips in and out to get it). Go back to the old system, do it like Chipotle and Subway, the in-person customer is so much more valuable and having to wait 30 minutes for a chicken stack while I'm alone in your store is just sad.

My girlfriend an I love Moes, or at least we did. In our recent visit (yesterday) we found they had changed their ordering method from a cafeteria line-up style to a point of sale with a list of ingredients. While doesnt seem like a big deal, there is a visual element to made-to-order foods that is appreciated. On top of this, they had what seemed to be all new staff on a Friday night that could barely use the POS. We were hoping to eat in as we put 30 minutes in the parking meter, by the time we actually received our order walked 2 minutes back to the car, it only 8 minutes left. 22 minutes to get through 5 people in front of us and our orders is insanely slow for this place. It's weird, this Moes visit made it feel like a shadow of it's former self.

Pretty poor quality for the price. Ingredients are either out, dry and nasty, or cold. If they don't have part of your order they don't bother to sub or ask if you want something else. Don't waste your time.

I used to love Moe's. After today I am not so sure that i'll eat here again. I ordered through doordash. Food arrived on time. I hate being this person but the food was horrible. Dry, cold, & just had no taste. The Quesadilla that I ordered was soggy & wobbling around. Gotta do better guys!
