Room was clean, free coffee in the lobby and room. Other patrons were quiet, low noise.nnFive stars for the restaurant team and food. Outstanding customer service and everyone serving was genuinely cheerful. The corn beef hash and fried apples were great.nnI work in industrial psychology in healthcare, and would be willing to research what makes the restaurant team work so well together, if I could. It was the most pleasant group of servers and co-workers I've ever seen.

My friend and I got our car stuck and had to wait until the morning to get it out. We called them to see if they had any cabs or shuttles that could get us to their hotel and they said they would come get us right away. 20 minutes later, Roger showed up and took us back to the hotel. Even offered to drop us off and wait for us to get food. He was super friendly and saved our lives that day. Thank you so much Roger!

Rod at the front desk/ reservation is excellent. Highly professional. I made a last-minute booking for a weekend. However, I was undecided at times on the booking so I had to call back several times with multiple questions. Rod gave clear information and was professional/ efficient in his response. At the same time, he was warm and polite in his manner. He also followed up with a confirmation and necessary information after my reservation to make sure that I have the peace of mind that it was done right. Thank you, Rod, for a wonderful experience with Quality Inn, Luray.

The room was dirty the headboard and nightstand had not been dusted in a very long time! Exhaust fan in bathroom didn't work. Just very unsanitary in a time where it should have been spotless.
