The staff is well versed in developing search strings to aid in challenging research. Additionally, the team is multilingual and responds to emails with well-informed responses, typically the same day. We are fortunate to have such a well developed and informative resource only a click away.
Favorite Library. Would double number of stars, if possible.nnIn truth, seeing this library is what sealed the deal for my choice of graduate school. The department was very nice too, but it was the Newman Library that erased any other school from my potentials list.nnXOXO

Massive library. Can be overwhelming for freshman students to learn. The first floor is the cafe area, the second and fourth floors are for group studying areas, and the third and fifth floors are quiet study areas along with the actual books of the library. If you’re looking for a specific book make sure to look its location up before going to the shelves. The sixth floor is probably administrative offices and storage space, but it’s closed to the public.
Friendly staff.nBest place if you have to study for exams.nBut, it often gets very crowded during exams so it's hard to find vacant seats.nnOther great places to study include Torgersen Hall and Torg-Newman library bridge.
