If 0 stars were an option that is what this hotel would receive from me. From the moment we checked in it was a disaster. They should let you know you have to check in at the hotel next door, not at your actual hotel. Walking through the front door and through the hall feels very abandoned, because other than occasional housekeeping, there’s no staff in here. In our room we had 2 lamps and a bathroom light. The one tiny wall light didn’t even work so the room was very dark. The shower was cold and there was a constant sound of running water in the wall in the bathroom. On top of all of this, they called my room and asked if I was smoking in my room, which I was not. Just all together terrible experience.

Maybe not the most beautiful place, but the staff more than make up for the age on the lodge. You could not ask for better service. Great for those traveling with small pets. Great yard to run. Save a penny, meet wonderful folks.

The lady at the front desk that works mornings is absolutely incredibly helpful and very nice. Also Tammy the housekeeper who mainly works at the Econo Lodge exceeded my expectations in the cleanliness and friendliness! I would definitely recommend these hotels

First, it was a note on the door, to check in at quality inn, I had to walk all the way to Quality INN, took the manager ten minutes to get to the desk, then they have to place a $150 hold on your account, it takes forever to refund back into your account. I FINALLY get to the room and It look like no one been there in YEARS. Dust and dirt everywhere. Toilet wasn’t even working. The towels were about to turn brown, they look like they haven’t been washed in months. They need to update their whole building. I didn’t even want another room, I left and couldn’t even get a refund. Terrible
