I wish I could remember names of all these amazing staff members. They were ALL wonderful! We were in town for a gymnastics meet and us parents weren’t allowed in the competition facility, so we dropped off the girls and came back to watch them via Zoom. The staff offered to let us use a conference room that had a projector to watch our girls compete! THAT was above and beyond!! Also- I left my purse in the breakfast area and they found it and kept it safe for me until I got back. This hotel is AMAZING! I’m SUCH a happy customer! All of this great service plus a super quiet environment and comfy bed where I slept perfectly (which isn’t an easy thing for me). Book this hotel if you’re heading to Christiansburg, for sure!

When traveling we always try to find a Hilton Hotel. We have stayed at the Homewood Suites Christiansburg on numerous occasions and we have never been disappointed. Our most recent 4 trips, August, September, November of 2020 and January 2021 were all great. The hotel is clean, quiet and all of the staff are professional, but one stands out to me and that is Emily. While checking in during our last visit with an inviting welcome, she said welcome back, I remember you. She was helpful to us during one of our previous stays when we had a minor issue with the air. Emily came to the room and tried to see if she could help with the air and called maintenance to try to troubleshoot. Ultimately we had to move to another room, but things happen and the professionalism displayed by Emily made the move easier. We have never had any other issues during our stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone. Thank you Emily for being so upbeat, kind, helpful and inviting. It nice to be greeted after traveling by someone so pleasant. See you on our next trip.

You walk into this hotel and smell clean, and you can see it. The rooms were spotless we stayed on the ground floor as we were only in for a 1 night stay. Couldn't ask for a better pit stop on our road trip. Thank you so much for the hospitality

I stayed last night. The rooms were clean and spacious. I requested an early check-in, and they were able to make it happen. The front desk staff and other employees were very hospitable and nice. I would recommend.

I brought a group of seven from work. We had an awesome stay. Jesse, the manager, reached out to me before our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. The rooms were perfect, comfortable and clean. The breakfast was plentiful and the staff was so kind. I will definitely stay again!
