Nice people but I don't understand how you buy a house with just under $23,000.
This company I would not rent from them for many many reasons at this time there’s a lot of work needs to be done in my apartment and I need to talk to someone about everything has been going on in Oak Hill residence in Davison North Carolina I need to set up a meeting with I head officials ASAP.
Trashy looking, use to be safe neighbors, now people are scared to go to laundry room after dark.

I got an interview and a job offer from the Lynchburg office. I signed the job offer. Then the background check came back and they won’t hire me anymore because of a charge they already knew about. I would not advise working for these people or renting from them. I cannot give my kids a decent Christmas because of what they pulled on me. Still haven’t found work. I’ve been out of a job since late October. This maintenance supervisor position was supposed to be my break. But I was wrong. I would not suggest these people in any way.
