I've rented from this location twice so far this year, and have another vacation rental coming up in a month. I cannot stress enough how helpful, considerate, and friendly they are here. If you're lucky, Jordan will be there when you need a rental. This is the nicest, most professional and helpful young man I've encountered in forever! I hope his managers are reading this - give this guy a BIG RAISE! He's a true asset to your company! This office is located on site at Harvey's Chevrolet in Radford.
Customer Service was and always is excellent. I just don't understand how your prices have jumped so high just in the last year. I rent from Enterprise about 4 times a year and prices have gone from 19.99 per daynwhen I started 3 years ago to 66.00 per day just in the last year. That is just a ridiculous increase.

Very efficient rental process, with COVID19 precautions in place. The rental took a matter of minutes and I was on the road! Although the small cargo van I had wanted was not available, the agent was able to suggest a couple of alternatives. The Nissan passenger minivan worked out well. Return check-in after hours was just as easy. I promptly received an electronic receipt early the next morning.
Service was great. Nice 2020 jeep Cherokee.
