Loved the Nail Bar! One of the best pedicures I've ever had. The place was clean, the employees were polite, lots of colors to choose from, and I never felt rushed even though the place was busy. I brought three people with me and each person had their own technician which was fantastic so we didn't have to wait for the others to finish. Would definitely go back!
First time visiting the Nail Bar in Blacksburg, VA. I called ahead and made a reservation for two pedicures. We asked for their regular pedicure. They did a great job removing rough spots on the feet. I was also really impressed by the cleanliness of the place as well as the customer service. We will definitely be back!
First exp ...I almost did not return. Upon my second visit I was greeted by the nicest young woman. She sat me down with Mae. Mae was amazing... she redid my nails, was courteous. sweet, professional, and very good at her job. I fell asleep while she was doing my nails in and out this is how gentle she was. Thank you mae you have my business for life!! Thank you!
1st time visiting this nail salon. I walked in and was able to be seen immediately.nI received a spa pedicure and gel nails.nI liked the experience and would recommend obtaining service here.
Honestly I believe that I may have been assigned a learning student or a younger, newly employed worker. I asked for one thing and got something completely different. This nail tech did not check the length of the nail with me before cutting it, did not double check the shape I asked for, and was chatting with the other workers the whole time. He took much longer than expected and honestly I wish I had the guts to argue the price of $53 for such a sub-par set. I do think that if I got a better employee I would have been much happier. I plan to return one more time and ask for a different person before I make my final decision about this business.
