For the last three hours all of the bar staff has stayed in the back together. They come out together once an hour. There are people sitting at the tables trying to find someone to get something to drink or eat and it's not happening. Then when they finally come out of the back and you ask politely for a refill or food you get an eye roll. Poor service to say the least.
Pleasantly surprised! I didn’t expect much from a restaurant in a movie theater/arcade, but wow was I wrong.nnTheir menu has a great selection of food, everything is made in-house and to order, and their outdoor patio has a great feel to it. The staff has been very attentive & friendly every visit so far.nnThis is also a great place to go if you’re concerned about COVID, because not only do you have a great outdoor patio, but they open up the wall near the patio to create an open-air environment for the interior seating.
We had our daughters 8th Birthday party here on the 14th. Emily was in contact for over 2 weeks helping me to plan and organize everything. The party was set up when we arrived and everything went right on schedule, Emily and the rest of the staff were fantastic and on top of it! Will definitely be having there again next year!
Great food and service. Hamburger's are the best I have had, the fries are homemade. I have tried several other items, all are top notch. You will not find a better meal.
Place looks really cool but we could not bowl or play arcade games because we had our pooch. Dogs are welcome at outside tables which are pretty well sheltered. Service was excellent.
