Very pleasant experience---had a wonderful waitress who was funny, efficient, and had personality. Food was, as usual, exemplary! Atmosphere was warm and inviting. Covid-19 protocol enforced! 10/10, great experience.

Typical Olive Garden experience... Food was tasty, but I wish they didn't batch prepare so many things as it makes it frustrating as a customer when you can't personalize your meal... ie they were unable to remove the sun-dried tomatoes from the stuffed Chicken Marsala and/or couldn't remove mushrooms and peppers from the garden vegetables selection... Eh, or maybe we are just picky?

Went online and was placed on the wait list. The wait time was 41-53 minutes. We arrived at the restaurant 55 minutes after that and was told we couldn't be put on the waiting list until we got to the parking lot and checked in and doing that moves you to the top of the list. I did that over the phone and was told it would be another 15 to 20 minutes before we could be seated. I'm not sure what the point of joining the waiting list online is if you aren't even on it until you check in from the parking lot.

Absolutely great, Danielle was our server and amazing, stay on top of everything, highly recommend her. Love Olive Garden.
