For the most part I’m a fan of PetSmart but I’d say your customer service is hit or miss. You either run into a staff member who is incredibly friendly and helpful or one that is quite the opposite. They have a good selection and a fairly clean store. The services offered are also incredibly helpful for new pet parents.

First time at the store today, and I was highly impressed with the health of their Fish! Especially their bettas. The last few PetSmart I’ve been to have had them displayed in the cup holder style racks, and they’ve always been in stagnant, filthy water, and dying. They had absolutely beautiful bettas, and great prices! As always, I recommend a minimum 5Gal planted tank for these babies.nnI took some time to look at their mollies and they were also stunning! Keep up the great work! :)

I can't remember the name of the young man who helped me but he seemed knowledgeable and eager to help. I went in knowing nothing about my kids' new pet guinea pig and left knowing more than i had researched on the internet, just by what the little fella at petsmart told me. Always friendly and fast when I go here.

Staff is always friendly and they offer a great variety of products and services! Prices run on the slightly higher side, but they do price match and match their (normally lower) online prices! ud83dude01

Great store, Adorable kitties, hamsters, lizards, fish and more...nThey have a large variety of foods, toys and bedding for most animals.nI went in for an animal transport carrier I was a little disappointed in the little selection that they had but I found a good one for a decent price.nI'll definitely shop there again...
