Rosemary has planned our corporate trips for about a decade and she leaves nothing to chance. She is organized and communicates well and is a godsend for our groups that range from 20 - 35, depending on the year. We could not do this without her. I know she plans many of the personal trips for some of my colleagues and one of them had a medical emergency and had to fly home early - they said they could not have done it without Rosemary!! I would recommend her to anyone I know ... and in fact, have!

I have used Covington for both business and pleasure travel. They have always found the best price on air fairs and rental cars. They are responsive and professional, and I would highly recommend Covington Travel.

I booked a group cruise through Covington Travel. The agent that we worked with was rather vague when answering the groups questions sometimes. Mixed information was given. In one conversation, she would give some information and when a member from the group called a week later confirming the same information, she would say that is not correct or that the information had changed. There was not much consistency. This happened several times. This made some of us feel uncertain as to how things would turn out. The agent was also hard to reach at times and a few group members never received return calls or emails. Personally, I and several other group members, will not be using this travel agency again.

Never use this agency.nnCovington never misses the opportunity to make a mistake. At first I thought they were just dishonest for booking flights that were 70% more expensive than I found online. Then they proved their incompetence with poor communication, failure to accurately put in travel details (such as frequent flier information) and wasting a tremendous amount of my time. After they screwed up travel for multiple members of the family, they had the audacity to pass through change fees from the airlines directly to us. Wow. Now that's customer abuse.
