Cleanliness is very important. Please make sure buses are cleaned. Bus shouldn't smell like urine.

You get what you pay for. They made many random stops on the side of the road picking up people however, he would not stop at all for us to use the restroom. The toilet was broke, seats were very dirty, but its 70 round trip to and from NY to Va

Before boarding the bus to leave NYC on Sunday, July 21st at 3:00 p.m. the driver openly and loudly got into a confrontation with a woman who was parked incorrectly, he started yelling profanity in front of everyone he then proceeded to call the police then move the bus once the woman moved her car. Once everyone boarded the bus was extremely hot! Although the air conditioner was turned on it was still very warm, about 30 minutes into driving a woman asked if he could turn down the air conditioner because she was very hot! He rudely responded and got into a verbal back and forth with the female passenger, he then violently stopped the bus and barely pulled off to the side!nAt this point we were on the highway! He stood up, cursed loudly at the woman saying how she was bothering him (which she was not, the bus was hot and she asked him to turn up the A/C!) he kept yelling and screaming to the point where another passenger had to come to try to diffuse the situation. He then stormed off the bus, we were waiting on the side of the highway from 3:57 pm to 4:40 p.m. the young woman was sadly and unjustly escorted off the bus and rode with the police. The bus driver who drove bus S1513 is UNSTABLE, VIOLENT AND UNFIT to be a bus driver!nI filed my complaint with the BBB but the public needs to know as well to STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUS COMPANY!

The Bus Is Fast Only Makes 1 Stop. Just need to bring your own sanitizer And toiletries

Things do happen ,but I can say they have got my family member back to New York safely ...
