Dr. Southall and Dr. Harkrader are two of the best...they have taken great care of me and members of my family over the years...we are lucky to have them here in the county...I wouldn't trust anyone else with my health needs...we are truly blessed to have them.

Been a patient at Louisa Family Practice since I was little (I'm over 40 now) my parents and grandma went there and I refer everyone close to the practice to use them. Dr Southall is the best Doc I have ever been to and Dr Harkrader is runner up. Nobody I have ever been to shows as much care for their patients as they do. I really wish they could be closer to me but I know they do accept almost all insurances.
