I ordered on my husband's phone through the app. It's very easy to use and they always have good offers. We paid with PayPal which is so convenient. The order was ready very quickly and the employee was very nice. Highly reccomend it.

Train your employees to a competent level when it comes to operating the cash register. Had an employee who got frustrated when I tried to pay with the Subway app and demanded that I pay with either a card or Apple Pay. Not the first time with that same employee either.
