My car battery died today and the assistant parking facility manager came by to check on me as he saw me standing hovering over my car with my hood open. I had bought a replacement battery but lacked a wrench to install it. He asked if I needed a assistance and when up to his office to bring me a wrench he stayed with me while I replaced my battery and made sure I was safe and good to go when I was finished. Mr. Dee Battle went above and beyond. He provided me exceptional customer service on a day that I really needed it. Awesome guy!
Unbelievable.... had to pay $21 for the Richmond Half Marathon after previously paying $5 to $10 elsewhere. Never again. Do yourself a favor and don't be like me or others and get ripped off. I'll continue to warn others to not park here.
Do not park here. Ticket box wouldn't produce ticket so lady in booth manually lifted gate and said it would be ok getting out, just explain box was broken. Of course when I try to leave two hours later that person is gone and then they charge me the loat ticket fee. The rude workers claim they have no way of charging me for just the time I was there and essentially tell me tough luck. On top of that the spaces are tiny and it's a bit of a maze.nnOn top
Deck is well lite, clean, spaces are wide. It is a bit of a maze and signage for stairs and elevators could be improved. Also the grates you drive over on the Cary St and 12th St entrances/exits will rattle your teeth out. Riding the elevators into the atrium is a great way to start the day however. Also, very easy access to the downtown expressway.
Service is pathetic. Malfunctioning machine didn't recognize validation sticker and garage refuses to reimburse. Might be better off parking on the street.
