Tire Unlimited is not just about tires. They do inspections, repairs, tune ups, oil changes and basically any other car repair you throw at them.nnThey are pretty fast and often you can wait for them to work on your car, esp if you call in advance and ask about how busy they are.nnThis would be a 5 star review but I really can’t handle the Christian tv in the waiting room
The customer service was excellent & honest. They even offered to let me borrow their truck to go home while I waited on the right tires to be delivered and mounted! Unbelievable...this is the difference between Northern VA and rural communities. I declined but was amazed by the offer!
Given the choice, I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. This business has earned my full trust. Great communication. Reasonable prices. Knowledgeable mechanics.
They told me over and over that my vehicle passed inspection. It has never failed an inspection ever! Left my vehicle dirty and wouldn't listen to my complaints. The mechanic was very defensive and unprofessional. Overall it was a humbling and expensive experience.nI've used Tires Unlimited before without issues however I was not happy with my last visit. 2.5 Stars!
