The customer service isn't bad, the staff works with you in getting your dog in. One huge complaint that I have is that the doctor and technician will state different prices. Doctor will give a lower price (typically) then when the bill comes, its higher than that.nAnother issue i ran into was my dog has allergy issues, the doctor threw multiple types of medication at the problem (which did nothing for him, costly though!) instead of recommending an allergy test, two visits later and a costly bill - i ended up utilizing another veterinarian to come to a solution. But, other than that - friendly folks - just a little miscommunication.

Very well cared for as our dog had passed.

Staff was great!! Vet was wonderful, even though I went to vet school, the vet spoke in terms I understood. Very reasonable prices, which made me feel better.nWith reasonable prices I don't feel broke since I have lots of fur babies I love spoiling.

Have been taking my dogs for a few years and never had any issues. Always though they were reasonable priced.nRecently I have been feeding a street cat and somehow he looked messed up so I brought him to them and after an expensive visit to get everything up to date and one abscess I’m almost broke. That’s not the case, 10 days later this cat still limping not able to function correctly. Not sure if they did a complete check through when initiated checked.nnFriendly staff and clean place. You will never feel unwelcome.

So all you guys know we put my Baby Bailey Blue to rest. This was the one of the hardest and heartbreaking decisions Jason and I had to make. The nurse at the Vets promised to make my Baileys paw prints ( two copies, one for Jason and I and another requested by Izabella). The nurse did say she will. Okay. So I waited a week after and nothing. I called, They said they send them out to us we should get them in 5-7 days. Okay maybe the mails late. So in ten days we got a letter about how Bailey will meet us at the rainbow bridge. Oh man that tore us up reading it. Well today I called about the paw prints ud83dudc3e that I have not gotten. I told the lady please tell me the truth, do not sugar coat it or make us wait for something we will not be getting. She said let me check. She said one question did you receive anything from us after. I said a letter about the rainbow bridge. She said then I am so sorry we did not make them if that’s all you got. I was choked up and said have a nice day goodbye. Here is the kicker! If the avoiding telling me the truth for a couple weeks was not enough. She calls back and said oh the nurse gave them to you as you were leaving. I said oh no she did not. Now I am starting to question if she may have. UNTIL.... the lady on the line said yes she did, she said she went up to your red truck and handed them to you!!!! I said “ funny thing we don’t even own a red truck have a nice day goodbye!” Wow they even tried to make up a lie!!!! Horrible! I will NOT be recommending them to ANYONE! I was going to go with maybe they forgot but to make up a bold faced lie!!! Bad business decision! Shame on you all! My review will be made on every social media site and all the places I can write a review! We are already having a hard time with our Bailey being gone, then you choose to lie!
