I have lived here for a little over a year and honestly its been a good experience for me and my kids. I love my 3 bd room apartment, yes its a little dated but overall my place nice. As far as maintenance its always been a quick response. Penny is great to work with. I have no complaints.

Anyone who gives this place more than one star, obviously needs some psychiatric help. The only positive things I can say, is that the size of my apartment is good for the price and I can smoke inside. I have been here 3 years & would have moved out after the first year, if I could have afforded it!! My daughter's car was towed, after accidentally parking in the wrong spot, by a company that makes all their money on that scam. Emergency Maintenance number is nothing more than an out of state answering service, that might get your problem worked on in 2 days, if you're lucky! My A/C has stopped working at least 4 times, heat 2 times.nWe frequently have no water, for no apparent reason, with no notification.nSome tenants have no respect for others-throwing their unwanted mail on the floor, sitting in parking lot with load music that shakes these cardboard walls, letting their animals relieve themselves on their balconies, etc., etc. And like others have said...all the owners & management care about is getting their money! My apartment has hadnwater damage twice, from upstairs tenants neglect, with repair takingntime or totally forgotten. Bottom line...if you can afford a bit more, think again about moving here!...Can't wait to see the phony response from management on this one!

I live here currently and i'm impressed for the price. pretty good community, people seem to be friendly and helpful. the upkeep needs some work as the exterior of the buildings and landscaping could be better, but not really anything major. the neighborhood around the complex is a little on the rough side but nothing too bad. just depends on what your looking for! my apartment is great, very happy with it. only problem I've had thus far is an issue with cold shower water, but again, I've dealt with far worse. I would recommend to a friend.

I have lived here for almost 3 years and I really like it. It’s quiet and clean.Management responds to my needs quickly and efficiently. Management is always friendly and professional.

Been here for a month and their was a list of things I needed fixed within the apartment and not a word or anything from anyone until 2-3 weeks after I’ve already lived there and moved in and on top of that the lady that works there wants to throw late fees and all this and that when she hasent even said anything about the list of things I needed fixed worst than a 1-star tbh. Unprofessional, over promising, and most of all careless. They want their money before anything to gets done and wants to get rude and toxic with you when you ask for her managers number this might be a business setting but the customer is always right after lease I will not be renewing under any circumstances
