The office is led by a compassionate, authoritative and accountable professional. The maintenance is organized and stays on top of things. The management company is reputable. It is a great place to get to know Hopewell, VA before making a permanent home.

Well my car was stolen, there have been 2 shootings, unruly kids with no parent supervision, constant cops and domestic issues, no security at all. I would say my experience has been pretty bad. The office manager is only one person and needs help. Too many issues have happened in these apts. Definitely needs to be addressed to cooperate before another person gets killed.
