2/23/2021 The girl taking my order through the intercom was less then enthusiastic. ud83dude06 when I got to the window to pay this cashier was so nice and that’s about all the nice that came out of the trip. The lady that threw my food at me (from her uniform looked like a manager) was less then pleasant. I thanked her for my meal and she closed the window before even making eye contact or responding. The amount of fries I got looked like a kids meal. The fries were cold and not cooked all the way and the spicy chicken sandwich I got had a weird texture. And a wet soggy spot on the end of it. ud83eudd2e

Could not believe I found the worst Wendy's in America. French fries and Nuggets cold and hard.. sandwich had more condiments than meat. Because of this experience McDonald's it is from now on

I would have been able to give the store a five however I was not happy with the fact I ordered a kids meal expecting it to come with a toy only to receive the bag and see no toy and then asking the person who passed me the food and her tell me they don't have toys. That is something you inform the customer when they make the order at the speaker, not once they have paid and have to ask themselves.

Drive thru took way to long. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with mayonnaise, lettuce and pickles. And got mayonnaise, lettuce and catchup. Nasty.

I received 3 nuggets in my 4 for 4 no sandwich old coffee. And no utensils. I was trying to pay with the app i put money on and couldn't do so this store is slow and sloppy. They need to offer app pay if they are a wendys what's the use in putting money on an app for this store and can't use it. The service is shoot and manager refused to come to drive thru window so I could complain about my order. Yall are pitiful.
