We decided late to join a group of 40 friends on a cruise. Chris at Star City Travel jumped on the request and quickly got us booked in a super nice cabin very conveniently located near our friends' cabins--over looking Central Park! She also got us some swag (wine, on board credit, show passes) which we didn't expect and wouldn't have gotten otherwise--but thoroughly enjoyed. Star City Travel kept us informed (but not overwhelmed) with necessary information at the appropriate times so we just had to follow the program to get checked in, luggage tags, sea passes, etc., without having to worry about missing any steps. Chris is efficient, friendly, competent, responsive...what more can you ask for???nWe had a great time on the ship and appreciate the smooth and seamless process that got us there. Thank you Star City Travel!
Wendy did a great job in searching for my Mom and I to take a Rhine River cruise. Wendy stayed connected to me from the time of booking to the time we got on our boat to make sure we were completing all the items we needed to be ready for our cruise. she was timely in answering questions. She also followed up after our trip to see how things went.nStar City Travel worked to get us on the cruise we wanted for the time we wanted and got it within a reasonable budget. I highly recommend Star City Travel, I certainly will be using them again.
Wow, what an incredible job by Wendy Maxey at Star City Travel. From the moment we contacted her she was super responsive and helped us plan the perfect trip to celebrate a milestone birthday.nnAfter talking about budget and timeline, she presented us with several great options to choose from, and helped us coordinate with friends around the country who joined us. We ended up at the TRS Turquesa resort in Punta Cana, DR, and we had an incredible time.nnAll along, she was very helpful and hands on, reminding us of the timeline, suggesting excursions. She did a great job keeping in touch with us including while we were on the trip! When we booked an excursion that was leaving at 7:30 in the morning, she reached out to ask if we'd done that on purpose (yes and no ud83dude0b), but super thoughtful nonetheless.nnWould highly recommend, plan your next Dream Vacation with Wendy at Star City Travel!
