She went above and beyond to explain everything to me. Every question I had was answered. She gave great salesmanship for me getting 2 new tires because of how they were wearing done. Dropped off road hazard warranty tire repair for 2 days no work performed. Took to O.K.Tire in Hopewell and was repaired in 20 minutes.nFirestone will never ever get my business again.

Technician put air in one of my tires and checked all 4 others while he was at it. Didn't charge me a dime,, how excellent! He didn't have to be so nice but he deserves recognition for it.
