The best store bought moonshine you can get very helpful staff and most ingredients are locally sourced
We stopped by here on a whim not expecting much. What friendly and helpful young ladies working there! We sampled all of their moonshine and were delighted. Ended up buying 3 bottles! They also have quite a selection of mixed drinks that they pour. And it is housed in an interesting building too!
Always a must go to spot when visiting Floyd. The tasting room manager Alyson is extremely knowledgeable and super nice!
We stopped by and enjoyed a drink outside due to Covid. Their elderberry shine goes great with lemonade so I naturally I got a bottle. The staff was very polite and helped explain Virginia's Covid rules since I was traveling through. The atmosphere st the distillery is great and very relaxed. It was a great way to break up the 5 hour drive and have a place to sit and relax. If I'm traveling through I will be stopping to get another bottle or 2.
We went up on Saturday afternoon and had a wonderful experience with these folks. The staff was friendly, fun, and extremely knowledgeable. The cocktails and moonshine are amazing and the place has a great vibe. I only wish we could consume more while we're in premise because we weren't ready to leave after reaching our limit. Can't wait to go back !!
