My husband, dog, and I attempted the Stiles Falls Trail and due to recent rains did not decide to cross the creek and continue the crossing to the falls. We did see several folks there and watched a few cross either climbing limbs or just forging through the knee deep water. The grounds on the way were beautiful though and we did enjoy ourselves. The walk to the trail was level and easy to navigate.nnA word of caution we did discover two ticks on our persons on the way home and once home. Thankfully neither had bitten.

Went out on Sunday during covid and there was hardly anyone there. Great hike with a spectacular waterfall!

Amazing waterfall and a fun and easy hike. Stream crossing is an adventure and there were lots of boulders for rock jumping at the falls.

Be prepared for half a mile or so of unshaded gravel road hiking before you hit the trail proper. To get to the base of the falls, you'll need to do a bit of rock scrambling - wear appropriate shoes and dogs can be iffy for that last clamber. There's still a decent view of the falls from a bit further downstream (see photo).
