Awesome 360 view at the top. As others have mentioned, parking at the main lot is minimal, maybe 10-12 cars. The day we went a ranger was keeping cars from going up the one lane gravel road unless there was room to park. We got into the closer lot. There is parking further down along the road but that adds maybe 3/4 mile to the hike. The hike was great, two trails make a loop up to the top and back down, maybe 1-1/2 miles all total from the upper lot.

This is so worth the steep hike! 360 views!!! Went in March and only had one other couple on the trail. We goofed and took the blue trail up definitely take the blue trail down instead. Hiked this with my husband and our boys 9 and 1.5 (in a backpack carrier). Take a lunch because the summit is beautiful and you will want to stay and enjoy it for some time. We played in the parking lot of about 15 minutes and took some photos since we were the only ones there at this point. On the way out we realized a bear sitting about 300 yards away from where we had been playing just laying on a rock watching us. The whole area is so peaceful and we will definitely do it again. Bonus there is a bathroom in the parking lot which was a positive since most of them are closed in March in this area.

Such a beautiful viewpoint with 360° views!! There are two trails, each less than a mile to the top (0.9 and 0.5 mi each one way) and is a great place for a picnic at the top. The best days, times, I would say to go would be early morning or weekday, as this has become quite the popular spot to visit, with allowing only 10 parking spots. I live 2 hours away from here but I've now been 3 times because it is that beautiful of a view at the top!

Amazing 360 view of the area! Very small parking lot so there may be a bit of a wait to enter. Beautiful trail and not very crowded.

A nice hike with beautiful views, been coming here for 10 years. However here recently ropes have been put up to keep people on a strict path at the peak. This absolutely ruined the mountain for me, probably wont come back. One of the best things about the mountain was the rock climbing but now that seems prohibited for a small flower, not a fan.
