This is the worst office and staff ever! If I could give no stars I would. They rescheduled an appointment that I had at 3:30 to over a hour earlier to 2:40. They did not talk to me about this-I am super angry to say the least. The office staff had an “oh well” attitude about it and stated “she no longer sees patients that late”. They definitely should have consulted me before rescheduling....as a nurse I have lots of pull in referring patients ...they will lose lots of business from me and the physicians I know from the hospital and where I work.
Worst experience ever. Sentara gave me the run around all over Hampton Roads and then billed me and my insurance company for their mistakes. The billing department is a disaster.
