Without Charles City Regional Health Services, I probably wouldn't still be here. They've gotten me through some of the hardest things I've ever had to handle in my life, both physically and mentally. I thank God that they're there for me. Love them ALL! ❤

This was my primary care doctor for years, I use to see Dr. Fleenor and she was pretty knowledgeable for the most part but anytime she wasn't available and I had to see anyone else it wasn't good at all. Anytime I was sick they would tell me I had allergies and I've never had them in my life. When Dr. Fleenor left, I would see Cathy. I got really sick and started having breathing problems; kept going to doctors and hospital...well I made an appointment with the specialist but it was a couple weeks out so I went here and told her I was about to run out of steroids that were keeping me breathing and she refused to give me any despite my insurance company refusing to fill the steroid inhaler she prescribed, so needless to say, LONG story short, I almost died because of this! Suffacted the next night until I passed out (asthma attack) I thought I was going to die! Husband called 911. Hospital got me back on track and gave me the steroids I needed to breathe and an inhaler until my appointment. Unbelievable, needless to say, I found a better primary care doctor immediately and will NEVER go back here!
