Signs in the restaurant are confusing on where to sit. I waited for a host/hostess to sit me, but was informed after standing by the podium for 5 minutes that the bar area was open seating, contrary to the signage. I then waited 10 minutes while 3 different servers passed by me asking other tables for their orders, or if they needed anything, while ignoring me. Kelly showed up, and I was a tad upset, but she was friendly, courteous, and continued to give great service to me the entire time I was there. Definitely a quality employee.
Just came in today for wings and a beer. Asked to be seated, told it would be a 45 minute wait.... so ordered take out. Immediately after placing my order, couple behind me asked for a table and were walked to the bar to be seated . I'm still standing waiting for my takeout. Last time at the Chester location.
This Bdubs used to have my 5 stars -- I've now changed it 1 and I'd do less if I could. I don't know what happened to this location but I don't want to go at all anymore. Today I ordered wings to go because I had a long day and thought I'd treat myself to wings. I was so tired when I got home i fell asleep and was looking forwards to my dinner. Not even my order I call up there and its a new girl who doesn't know what to do. Left my number and no ones called....
Like others with the same name, they have their Tuesday 1/2 off wings in which I took advantage of. Would have gotten 5 stars if there were more celery and sauce as requested (only 10 pieces for over 40 wings, and half the chicken was dry). Maybe next time i try it from that side of town, it will be right. But, i am still satisfied, so no discouragement on this location, give it a try! The people that work there are nice too.
Probably the worst service I've had in a long time. Took us about 45 minutes to get our food. It wasn't crowded in there by any means. There were 3 or 4 tables in the family area. A larger table that came in 15 minutes after us got their food before we did. Food was good when we finally got it thankfully.nI had to go up to the counter and ask someone to get our waitresses attention to pay our bill. It was an unpleasant experience unfortunately.
