While I did not visit AAA, I spoke with a very nice man named Steve. He got us all hooked up with what we needed. It was great to hear a human on the other end of the phone!! Thank you! :):)
Excellent service, I called asking for tickets for Luray and a gentleman named Steve answered. He was so pleasant and enthusiastic to help, it made my day! We later dropped by to pick up some tickets and he remembered me calling. He even pronounced my name correctly (it is a tough name to pronounce), so impressed. The entire transaction took less than five minutes. Great location, and great employees. If you are looking to get tickets to nearby attractions, and are a AAA member, check this place out. One of the best perks out of the membership.
Here in the Shenandoah Valley, Nate from the Waynesboro location quickly responded to my call. He was efficient, courteous and very helpful. I greatly appreciate and recommend his manner and service.
