I have been using this place for a year now. You will not find a cleaner more secure storage facility out there. The management is the best. Very professional friendly service. By far the best place I have ever seen. Temperate control units. If you value what your storing. This is the place you want to put your belongings. You won't have to give it a second thought. And did I mention clean.
If you are looking for a storage unit in Sandy, THIS IS THE PLACE! Norm, the guy who runs the show, is sharp, professional, honest and accommodating. The whole process from getting started to closing out the unit was silky smooth. Rates are substantially lower than everywhere else I looked, and they gave FREE insurance coverage for setting up an automatic payment. The building and units are very secure and the regulated temperature is a huge plus. And lastly, the uplifting, groovy jams Norm always has playing in the halls is a nice addition :) If I ever need a storage unit again, I'm coming right back here!
AMAZING SERVICE! I have been shopping around for a storage unit and came across Sandy City Storage. I went in to get pricing and had a great customer service experience. McKenna helped me out and was amazing. It’s a little far from my house but I had not had a customer service experiences like this in the other 4 places I looked.
The manager of this facility- Norm, does an outstanding job at keeping the facility super clean. We aren’t concerned about our belongings because the facility is kept up and it feels secure. Thank you Norm!
Where do I start? Norm is probably the nicest, cleanest, most helpful person they could have working for them. I have been to a lot of storage facilities and I have never been to one like this. Sandy city storage is new, super clean, smells good, and in a great location. The post office is right next door and that makes it so easy for me and my wife since we ship allot of packages everyday. Not to mention I feel like my belonging are safe since the police station is right down the road, not only that but their security is outstanding . Thanks norm!
