Every time I call dispatch answers and they claim they are taking messages for someone to call back but no one does. The lady dispatch I talked to just now definitely doesn't care if the animals get homes or not.

The animal control dept. needsnto be re organized for better response to customer complaints.nCharles City can do much better and the 911 call center should benupgraded.

The volunteers and workers are extremely rude and disrespectful and without knowing anyones background information about anything judge people the wrong way and then have deputies personally harrass citizens of the us and their children and try to make their lives miserable. It is people like that that do not belong in an environment where special needs assistance animals are housed because they do not know the legal limits of certain rights!
