Pizza Plus

Food was good but the wait time was rediculous. Over two hours wait for two sandwiches is not good. They just lost a customer. I decided to give them another chance and it took them over two hours to bring my order and the pizza was cold. The food is usually good but the delivery sucks

We did a large order. Due to unforeseen circumstances our driver took one hour and thirty four minutes to deliver our food. (Which was unsual for them) The food was still warm but our bacon fries were one big pile. I called the next day to complain and was told they were always like that. (it is the way they wrapped them to keep them warm). The manager was extremely nice. She offered replacement or credit, she explained why the order took so long and even offered to personally deliver replacement fries. I am still going to use Pizza plus again because of the fantastic customer service from the manager.

Good place to eat, buffet was good. They had bit of a time keeping pizza on buffet stocked. But made the kind of pizza ya wanted if ya asked.

Very tasty, and well made. Loved the Baked Spaghetti w/ Meatballs (garlic bread included) definitely a plus. Pizza was awesome, crust was nicely done not burnt or hard. Will be ordering from here again and quite often ud83dude01ud83dude01ud83dude01ud83dude01ud83dude01ud83dude01

Our experience today with pizza plus was horrible we called back three times today and they brought our other order the first time but forgot 4 of our subs out of 7. Our fixed order came to us and we still didn’t get one of the subs. My grandmother called back and she got cussed and hung up on so i called them and asked for the manager, the manager had told us we got our order basically accusing us of theft after they charged us for their mess up the first time. The manager said she personally put the sub in the bag to deliver to us and she lied because we did not get it even the second time around because when i called the guy said he was sorry but the one sub was forgotten and would make another one for us and then after our second fixed order got here and we still didn’t have the one sub and i called back, the manager was mean to me then hung up on me and we do a lot of business with them and to get treated like we did was not how you should treat customers and was uncalled for, we will NOT be ordering from them again. The manager doesn’t need to be the manager she honestly needs to be fired because she is not doing her job correctly. You don’t cuss your customers because if it wasn’t for the customers there would be no business. Im sorry to the rest of the employees have to work for and with her. We shouldn’t of been charged for their mess up was an extra $30 that we shouldn’t have been charged for that.
