As we head to our destination on Hilton Head, Wytheville is where we stay to break up the drive. And this is the place where we go to dinner every time. Great food and wonderful service. . .EVERY time!!
Called and left message per directions to place a curbside order. Was supposed to receive a call back. Did not happen. Went inside and placed a to go order. Ordered two classic burgers, to be done medium. Got back to hotel and Both were barely medium rare. Comes with seasoned fries. The fries were good. Service was decent. Over priced for the results/total product.
Wonderful food, great service. We had a berry salad that was delicious, and a pasta special with mushrooms and squash that was to die for..deserts were carrot cake and cobbler...excellent...
The staff was friendly but seemed disorganized. I saw several double trips to bring things like silverware after the food was served. I had the fried chicken and it was a bit dry with very little flavor in the batter. The Burbon flight was a nice treat. There was plenty of outdoor seating.
Staff & Atmosphere was Great but food was mediocre at best! Steak was tough, corn, potatoes both bland & unseasoned . Salmon lump Crab dish with Cajun grits was also Bland & tasteless. Management should look into this ASAP as this is not the only poor review on the food quality!
