Everyone was friendly and helpful. The lady in the women's department was very friendly. I hadn't been in this Belk in over 4 years. Was happy to see a store with staying power that still offered clothing to my taste.

I visited the store over the holiday weekend and found exactly what I was looking for. The sales associate, Vincent, was assisting a customer but still greeted me and stated that he'd head right over to check me out. Shout out to Vincent at Belk in the Men's department; you were very kind and helpful. The customer service was amazing; thank you!

Fantastic sales today but much of merchandise picked over and more winter than spring.

Not enough cashiers scheduled. Only two registers open and both backed up 9 and 10 deep. Seems like full service department stores with someone waiting to help have all but been eliminated.

Love their clothes and associates are great they need more registers opened slow.
