Sunday afternoon place was busy food was good, service was attentive and friendly selection on the menu very appealing. Felt like a breakfast meal so biscuits and gravy couple of eggs scrambled and some ice tea. Yes I will go back it was worth the wait.
I'd consider myself a regular here. Friendly staff. Good breakfast/lunch selection. Food is normally out quickly (unless its very busy) and price is reasonable.
One of the best dinners I've been to. Really loved their biscuits and gravy. The country ham was delicious too. Plus a wonderful service from the staff. Highly recommended.
This diner is exactly where you want to go!!!!! Friendly staff, CLEAN restaurant and well prepared DELICIOUS food. When I say clean, I mean the silverware didn’t have water spots or look a little worn type of clean. The waitress that served our table of two was prompt and friendly. We both ordered omelets and they were really good. The omelets were not sitting on a bed of oil or butter, it was the right amount of fluffy, not heavy on the cheese and had the right amount of all the ingredients.I topped my food off with a cup of coffee - which the waitress asked to refill before assuming I wanted more.nnI would definitely recommend this place and I know I will be back for more whenever I’m in the Charlottesville area.
We got sat during the morning rush and our server was very busy, BUT the owner came and got us drinks while we looked at the menu. Start to finish, service, food, atmosphere were great. Our first time there and certainly not the last!
