This is our go to spot in Charlottesville. The drinks and food never ever disappoints! Micah is definitely the most amazing bartender, so creative and balanced. I don't remember the Chef/owner's name, but the same could be said for her, creative and balanced and everything cooked to perfection!
Great birthday experience...cold night, warm fire. Great table, great company, great service and delectable shared plates! Quail stuffed with foie, tartar, bone marrow with snails ud83dudc0c yum! Great wine recommendation at such a reasonable price (a red from the Loire maybe - don’t remember) delicious! Thanks everyone at Alley Light - great time had by all 4 of us!!
Great food ! Absolutely loved it! The seafood board is a mist try. The seared duck was excellent as well the only recommendation I would have is to add a roux/sauce with the duck as the overall dish can get a little dry otherwise
Absolutely one of our favorites anywhere. Amazing food, friendly staff, and super bar tenders. Pricing is reasonable for the quality - I recommend trying lots of dishes and sharing
A really great place for a date night. Lots of great French style small plates with a lot of variety in what is available. Well rounded cocktail menu with highly skilled and passionate bartenders happy to work with you on making something special. I would recommend this to anyone looking for an impressive night out.
