its a nice place for skating and it s quiet (besides the cars outside the area)nand if you want to park you car here 5 o'clock is the least busiest time and since it s evening time its fairly quiet

Used this garage a few times with no issues. It's layout is a tab bit different than other parking garages in the Charlottesville Area but that's not a big issue. It is never too busy and I have never had an issue getting close to an elevator.

Just find some were else to park not worth it

Lately the parking garage seems to be charging me $2 for the first hour, which is supposed to be free. For example, tonight I parked for 1 hr 41 minutes and was charged $4. According to the website and the frequently asked questions sections, I should have been charged $2 for the second hour. Can someone explain?
