This was the only place I could find in Charlottesville that was willing to do a one way rental. It was short notice and they had a car for me, when I said it smelled a bit smoky they promptly switched it for a very nice one with no smell at all. It was easy and efficient and a fair price.

Worse rental experience ever. Called corporate wrote 2 emails and never received a I'm sorry or anything.nIf you can rent from another company I would certainly suggest it.

HORRIBLE! I booked a car online, and went to pick it up twenty minutes later. Upon arrive I was told I could NOT take the car, because of they type of card I PAID WITH. THEY TOOK MY MONEY, and DID NOT OFFER SERVICES! They also told me it would take up to a week to refund and it will have to be a spit payment!!! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE! I WILL BE CONTACTING CORPORATE

Left something in a car I returned on Sunday evening realizing I may have left it in there I called 8:00am Monday morning with no answer and no way to leave a message I called 62 times before getting someone to answer at 1:30pm. Then was told nothing has been found and couldn’t even tell me if the car had been rented. 4:00pm called again now ready to leave work early and was told a tech had looked and there was nothing there so I drove an hour there and looked myself and there was the car still just as I had left it 24 hours earlier and sure enough there it sat right inside the back hatch out in the open.

I needed a minivan or 7passenger vehicle that day. I called the local number, spoke to a guy who said it was available and the location didnt require a credit card. I turned around and had my husband meet me there just to be told they dont have anything and I wouldve needed 24hrs for the request. She said I must've called the 800#and I told her I didnt and I showed her the #. She says if the front desk...at the airport...doesnt answer it goes to their headquarters. How am I supposed to know that? I was never told that was happening. Then she said I can go to the airport, another 30 min out if my way, to SEE if they have anything. She didnt offer to call it assist with that. So i called, got put on hold for 10 min...went through the process again just to be told i would need a credit card which i dont have. I've got the money all day though. So we stuck with Enterprise's 5 passenger car and split the kids up in different vehicles. Budgets prices are way better than enterprise but customer service sucks.
